Pagoda Puzzle

A beautiful coffee table puzzle, but can you solve it??

Solving this puzzle will require all of the foresight used by ancient Chinese architects to build pagodas. Each layer of the pagoda has a hole in it, through which the colored balls can pass. Rotate the different layers of the pagoda to move the colored balls through the holes, with the goal of making each column match.
